I ask one question and make one statement in The Minky Way philosophy while moving
towards a 2-pack (of abs) in 8 weeks:

How is your relationship with food?
If you are uptight, rigid and unforgiving in your food choices and don't really enjoy eating; that may be a mirror to how you're living your life too. 

There are NO healthy people.
Just because you eat vegetables all day /  (nutritional deficiencies?)
Just because you 'run' 6 days a week or  / (bad knee?, bum hip?)
go to the gym 5-6 days a week          /  (only providing a calorie burn?)
Just because you eat no/low fat foods    / (dry skin, hair and nails?)
Just because you have a total cholesterol under 200 / (poor predictor of HD)
DOESN'T mean you're healthy.

The Minky Way virtual group coaching helps you focus on YOUR 2 pack abs. Is it impossible for a peri-menopausal woman of 48 to get 6-pack abs?  No, of course not, nothing is impossible.  But at this stage in your life, it is improbable. 
Don't you just want to have 'a waist again' without 'killing yourself' exercising 6 days a week, for an hour EACH day? If yes?  Then you must read on...

"Why does my body want to be fat?"  Is the question you should be asking yourself.  Not, "Why can't I lose weight?" 
Once upon a time, in the summer of 1981.  I had a 6-pack of abs and I ate deep fried chicken.  I thought I was 'healthy' then:

Fast forward to...the winter of 2010, I had a "no-pack" of abs and I didn't 'feel healthy' (Even though I had my fill of whole wheat pasta and 'lite' salad dressing over that past year, go figure).  I still enjoyed a great New's Year's with my Dad.
(my fat face and all):

 

Early spring, I cut my calories some and I had a smaller "no-pack".  What's great is that I decided to try something I've been studying about leptin,
stress hormones, food and exercise and...

4 weeks later...late spring of 2010, I now have "2-pack" abs and I eat 
healthy fried chicken again

I'll never have a 6-pack again.  Will you?  I'm thrilled I've figured out how to reduce my waist, including my 'back fat' and still enjoy parties and going out.
I went from "no-pack abs" to "2-pack abs" in 8 weeks.
I can continue to experience pleasurable eating and I only do the best 10 exercises, only 2 days a week, to manage my waist.  My energy is up, so is my strength and flexibility. 
I also can fit into many of my favorite clothes again and get compliments from friends and family. This feels healthy to ME currently in my life.  And that's what's important, isn't it?

Here's what I did:
 

  • I shifted my 'heavy' meals to the mornings (the first meal)
  • I timed my meals to be at crucial 'fat-burning' times during the day
  • I focused on my upper body strength and 'limb pre-exhausting exercises' (makes the abdominals works harder) and total body stretching

  • I never eat HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) right after I exercise (ESPECIALLY NO agave, fruit juices, and 'healthy bars')
  • I increased my absorption of omega 3's and vitamin D through natural sources and food

You start where you are. You are given suggested meals for the week.  You will be told precisely where you can find the ingredients.  You are told the best times to exercise according to your schedule and more importantly the best times to eat (based on your exercise). A Primary (modified) Fitness Nursing Assessment is sent to you via e-mail.  This includes: waist to hip measurement (apple or pear?), diet hx, exercise hx, medication checklist and waiver.  You complete this modified assessment and once payment is recieved, you log/call in (from the privacy of your home) to the very next Monday night 8-week session.
The program is for 8 weeks.

You'll move towards your 2-pack abs during the 8 weeks. 
This is done via the web through a webcam.  You don't need one.  All you need is the passcode to log in and there I am ready to assist you to reduce your waist.  You can also reach the coaching session by telephone, if you can't get on the internet.
