As a Adult Care Fitness Nurse, comedienne and now called a "Health-Info-Tainer, Minky will perform one of these 7 very popular shows to your group.  There are compensation options, some including bartering for my fee.  Some are FREE.  If your organization or workplace has more than 8 people who are in need of some stress relief and humor, please call (732) 620-2193.  Have some fun and discover 'not your ordinary' weight loss, exercise, stress resistance information that you can use today!

1) Firstly let me tell you about my newest show:

How To Get Fatter In Ten Easy Steps (but then do the opposite)©
(30-40 min.)
(curriculum for "The Minky Way" coaching)
1.  Tell everyone you’re on a diet
2.  Eat prior to moving, everytime.
3.  Eat all high carbohydrate, low-fat, no-fat meals
4.  Eat frequently, 5-6 ‘mini-meals’ a day
5.  Stay inflamed; NOT informed
6.  Exercise 6 days a week in your steady-state zone (60-90 min.)
7.  Eat right before bed
8.  Tell yourself, “This will make me fat” or “I’ll never lose weight”
9.  Eat while “multi-tasking”
10. Don’t stretch your hip flexors or deep breathe or drink water

2)  Next, let me tell you about my nurse-specific program called, "The Nurses' TID Diet"©.  It is based on the Theory of Embodiment (conscious mind, subconcious mind and your actions) and the science of Leptin and it is designed specifically for nurses to improve their resistance to stress, improve their body image, increase their energy, lose weight and improve their health.  It's about eating 3 meals a day; (not necessarily breakfast, lunch & dinner) but 3 nutritious, virgin fats, quality protein, high fiber meals in a 24-hour peroid.  Also discover 3-4 stress-reducing exercises that with help you with your weight gain due to stress interpretations by your brain.  If you have a nursing group who wants to discover how to simply improve your health while at work, and laugh a little, please visit HERE for more information and contact Minky at the above number.

3)  Also I give a very popular Lunch 'N Learn, 30-40 minutes long called, "Lies & Myths That Keep You FAT".  Light-hearted, yet information-packed.  This presentation has NO CHARGE.

4)  ANOTHER one of Minky's most popular shows is called:
"Why Is Everything I Want To Do Bad For Me?"©

It's a 60-minute to 2-hour, one-women show, that's humorous and fact-filled that challenges the status quo and politically correct views on health, fitness, and diet.
Here are the 10 things that I want to do that I am told are bad for me:

  1. Sit/lie in the sun between the hours 11am and 1pm
  2. Eat eggs, liver, butter and lard (avoid vegetable oils)
  3. Exercise short; yet hard (PPC=Predator Panting Cardio OR
    Pogo-Panting Cardio for beginners)
    Pogo, the pug
  4. Ignore the food pyramid (a diabetes starter kit)
  5. Never get married again
  6. Add sea salt (unrefined) to my food while cooking
  7. Not plan for the future
  8. Only eat 3 meals a day & 1 alcoholic drink daily
  9. When I 'EDIT' my 'DIET', it works
  10. Think for myself

Laughing

5)"Minky's Fried Chicken Diet"©.  It's about why Black folk will never give up fried chicken and why they shouldn't.  I discuss why "we have a little sugar" and how it's all about the vegetable oils and the processed foods and not about our pleasureable, traditional comfort foods.
Go to "Minky's Fried Chicken Diet" for more detailed information.  Watch a video posted there about obese minority children and the marketing of crap foods to them.

The following presentations have been approved for nursing contact hours in past presentation.  IDEAL for healthcare / nursing workplace stress relief; and a meeting relief session:

6) Exercise in a Vial This program was presented Contact Hours for Nursing Spectrum, Gannett Education's "WellNurse" summer series.
Click HERE for the recorded presentation.

Depicts the world of QUICK FIXES and EXCUSES on why people don't move their bodies more. By exposing myths about fitness and food, I'll help my audience shed the rose-colored glasses and begin the acceptance of themselves and be smarter than the snake-oil salesman. (There is a limit to the amount of fat you can lose in 30 days, and it's no where near 30 lbs.)

7)  Finally, another humorous show, titled, "Stressed Out & Loving It!?"©
This program is very popular amongst health care professionals.

Was primarily designed for Nurses and Healthcare
Professionals.  It can be modified for your group.  Great for
Inservices, 45-60 minute presentation.  Has been approved
for NJ Nursing C.E.U.'s in the past.
