Years ago we moved all day long , some days with more effort than others, because the "exercise" had a purpose, to eat, to earn a living, to visit family and friends. Today, we rarely move for any extended period of time. We have no "need" to. Or is there a need more now than ever to move?
Our philosophy:
"There are NO healthy people. So, start where you are...and find your purpose for exercise."
Everyone has some issue. Even the vegetable eater. The runner. The 6-day-week gymmer. We understand that this 'Health Nirvana" doesn't exist and you have to start where you are...with what you have...and you must have a purpose for your effort, to be effective long term.
"Restorative" Fitness Nursing Services offers:
Adult Care Fitness Nursing sessions for individuals and 2 people at a time (in Deal, NJ) Specializing in exercise for people who have:
Prediabetes (expanding waist line?)
Osteopenia (history of osteoporosis in your family?)
A Woman's Little Secret (wearing pads daily? afraid to cough or sneeze?)
2. Strengthen & Stretch class (in Deal, NJ)
3. The Minky Way Coaching & Vitual Coaching via the internet & phone.
During the actual training sessions I, Minky, will utilize 3, sometimes, 4 modalities to help you reduce your health-related concerns:
A TRX, a BOSU and a Manual Treadmill. (sometimes I use a chair) ******************************************************* For the SMALL Group Strengthen & Stretch classes:
6 women per class only
15-18 minutes on each station
Total body stretch at end of class
$15.00/class, $25.00 in advance for 2X a week, $100.00 monthly (2X a week) holds your spot. (no refunds)
